Very very good hole in the wall style Chinese cuisine. We came in with a 12 person party at 3:30 am and we were served promptly with a smile. 20% included gratuity for the large party but whatever, the food was delicious. I got the Szechuan Chicken and everything was made with fresh ingredients and everyone seemed to enjoy their food. Hot tea was delicious, and we all left with a smile. Coming from NYC this place is a godsend of late night eateries. "Salt" at the table included shows the authenticity 😁
I ordered from here because I function on a nocturnal schedule and it was one of the only spots open on Christmas Eve night (well, technically Christmas day since I ordered after midnight)! Got General Tso's bean curd and BOGO egg drop soup. The general tso's bean curd-- SO good! And so generous with the portion, chock full. I'm not a vegetarian but enjoy the food, and this is one of the best takes I've had. I don't like heavily battered stuff, this was perfect for me. Basically tasted like tofu with a cooked skin. It came with three pieces of steamed broccoli, I wish there was more broccoli but that wasn't included in the item description, so, fair enough. It also came with what the description said was a, "small," box of rice but I would describe it more as medium since I've definitely had smaller boxes of rice. Filling meal. The egg drop soup is interesting.Tasty and warming, but has a taste like leftover slightly burnt pieces from a skillet? IDK how else to say it. Mde it kind of homey. Big containers too. Happy with it. It arrived quickly via UberEats and was piping hot. I would definitely order from here again.
